Group Tours / Airport Transfers

Optional Group Tours:
In addition to the social events included in your registration fee, you may also wish to embark on one of the optional group tours (please see page 6 of the preliminary program for details).

Airport Transfers:
Private cars are available for airport transfers by calling Florida Coast to Coast at 407-363-7100.  Rates for a one-way transfer range from $72.00 for sedan to $125.00 for an SUV.

Complimentary shared shuttle service is also available by calling Disney’s Magical Express at 407-827-6777, or by booking on-line.  Please note that reservations for shuttle service must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival, and that you MUST have a confirmed room at the Grand Floridian before you make your reservation with Disney’s Magical Express.
