Room Deposit and Cancellation
Prepayment of one night’s stay required upon reservation. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the guest’s reservation date. Cancellations that occur within the 72-hour period shall forfeit an advanced deposit equal to the first night’s room and applicable tax.

Parking

For attendees staying at the resort:

• Self-parking: $12.50 per day, plus tax

• Valet parking: $45 per day, plus tax

For attendees not staying at the resort: 

• Parking: Complimentary for the first hour, then $8 for 2-4 hours, after 5 hours $12

The Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is located approximately 17 miles east of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), about a 25-minute drive.

Ground Transportation
Taxis, Uber and Lyft are available at AUS. Ground transportation can be booked directly through the airport website.
