Annual Meeting attendance is open to members and non-members.

Save $175.00 when you register by the deadline!

Medical Attendee registration includes admittance to meeting, meeting guide, app, and other materials, breakfast and coffee breaks on program days, Welcome Reception, Family Night, and the Closing Cocktail Reception.

Guest Registration Fees
All guest registration includes Thursday, Friday, and Saturday breakfasts, the Welcome Reception, and Family Night. Adult Guest registration also includes the Closing Cocktail Reception on Saturday night, though an RSVP is required.

Note: Resident Candidate members of the SNS receive deeply discounted rates for guest registration! Applies to one adult guest and any children. See the meeting registration form for details.

Corporate/Industry Registration
Registration for corporate representatives must go through an exhibiting company. Visit the Exhibits and Support page for more details. 

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing on or before February 3, 2027 will be refunded in full less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received after February 3 will not be refunded without a documented medical or travel restriction from your institution, or state or federal government. Americans with Disabilities Act
