To book an upgrade:

1. Reserve a standard room using the SNS Online Booking Portal

2. Email our room block coordinator, Samuel Y Serrano Tapia with:

• Confirmation Number
• Guest name(s)
• Requested upgrade type (Pool View, Ocean View, Ocean View Jr. Suite, Family Suite, Atlantic Suite)
• Stay dates or any changes

3. Enjoy!

Group rate honored three days prior and post meeting dates, based on availability.

Family Suites include an oversized full bathroom accessed from the main living area, sofa bed, and a closed-door bedroom featuring a King bed and nook with twin-twin bunk bed. 

Room Deposit and Cancellation
Prepayment of one night’s stay required upon reservation. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the guest’s reservation date. Cancellations that occur within the 72-hours period shall forfeit an advanced deposit equal to the first night’s room and applicable tax.

Transportation

Air Travel
The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar is located less than 25 miles east of Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, about a 35-minute drive.

Ground Transportation
Taxis, Uber and Lyft are available at SJU. If you would like to book ground transportation in advance, consider these recommended options:
